(Hello! How are you?)

Welcome to Cultural Cohesion

Cultural Cohesion is a 100% Aboriginal women owned organisation that specialises in culturally grounded services across the health and community service sectors.

Based in the Northern Territory, we offer Cultural Supervision and consultation to individuals and organisations across Australia.

Our mission is to contribute to a sustainable, culturally safe and trauma-sensitive workforce to enhance the quality of life of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Peoples. Connecting with both First Nations and non-First Nations workers in-person and online, we foreground culture to affirm strengths, implement skills and empower people.

Cultural Cohesion acknowledges that this Country is Aboriginal land, and home to the oldest continuing culture on Earth. We recognise and pay respect to Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Peoples, communities and Elders across the nation.

We thank the Traditional Custodians of Garramilla, the Larrakia people. We acknowledge their spiritual, physical, and cultural connection to these lands and waters in which we live.

We are deeply grateful to our Old People, Elders and families. We thank them for their wisdom that has been passed on, and the teachings that continue through our work. We carry their stories, knowledge and culture with great privilege, care and respect.

This always has been, and always will be Aboriginal land.
